- 1 cup skim, 1% or 2% milk
- 1 cup special K, cheerios, all bran flakes, corn flakes, rice krispies or any other 100-150 calories cereal by the CUP.
-1 TSP sugar (if needed, dont make your breakfast 100% healthy, and then end up hating it, feeling deprived and binging, but just a TEASPOON not a TABLESPOON.
