What Is The Best Type Of Workout Plan ?

Robert asks…vacation plans cut into my track meets?so I'm running summer track with a club this summer but my family has planned this vacation to hawaii the same week that we have nationals! I have literally been working my butt off since the winter for this but my parents have also been planning this like all year.
