Good Workout Plan To Get Ripped
I’m 14 years old, 5’5″ 120 lbs. I have a home gym and for the past month I do 1 hour 3 times a week and I’m barley seeing any results. I do curls, lat bar, bench press, butterfly ect. I’m thinking about bumping it up to 5 days a week? I want to get ripped and build a lot of muscle as quickly as possible. What is the best workout routene for a 14 year old boy?
