I have been overweight for most of my life and I am going into my senior year of high school in the fall…I have started walking 2 miles a day, back in April, but it only lasted for two weeks and then I stopped it. Looking for a 60 day get ripped workout plan, any successors?
Me and my wife will be in separated for a few months due to work. I’m 34, male, not over weight but a bit of stomach pudge, 6′ 150lbs (wirey frame), but fairly unfit due to years of smoking (quit recently) and a surgery that put me out for 6 months a year ago (wont hinder working out).
As you see I’ll have loads of time on my hands, and want to be ripped out like I used to be when we reunite. When I searched on the net of course it came up with a bunch of plans/supplements for sale which I don’t want to purchase based on their “testimonies” and would rather just have a good routine and discipline, but don’t mind paying a little if it works. I will have access to a full gym, does anyone have some success with a 60ish day plan that worked well to get ripped? Thanks.

2.) Eat lots of “little” healthy snacks through out the day. This keeps an active metabolism.
3.) Try eating a nice size salad 20min. Before larger meals (like dinner). This is because it takes your brain 20 to recognize that the body is “full” so to prevent over eating give this a shot.
4.)Your metabolism is strongest in the morning and gets weaker through out the day…. So if you are tempted to eat a larger meal it’s better to do them in the morning.
