Michael asks…Military basic training fitness standards for women?I'm seriously considering joining the Canadian Forces in the future, and I want to get an idea about what level of fitness I should be in for training and such, so I can work towards it in the meantime (I'm still in high school). Are there any tangible goals I can try to attain? Like, a certain number of pushups or situps in a minute, or how far I have to be able to run in a certain amount of time?Jack
