William asks…can anyone suggest a fitness training plan for someone who wants to become a police officer?I want to go into the police in about 4-5 years and i thought that i might need to start training now so can anyone suggest or find a training programme or something i could use it would really help thanks.Jack answers:Run 3-5 miles around 3 days a week.
