What Is The Best Way To Fitness Training ?

Thomas asks…Ok I need help from pros with fitness or bodybuilding...ok I'm 6'4 345lbs and want to start strength training!?Yeah I'm sure your thinking 6 foot 4 345lbs I would have a lot of strength but when it comes to lifting weights I'm weaker than my friends little brother at bench pressing..sad I know..but my question is I want to start strength training so should I go on a strict diet and loose weight then go on a bulking diet or should I just try to gain mass and strength now at 345lbs
