What are good diet foods to lose Weight fast?

Carol asks…Do you really have to use diet foods to lose weight or be on a real diet?or could you just eat the same but in less amount and still lose the weight long as you walk everyday?Jack answers:No, you can eat whatever you'd like...As long as you're eating smaller portions and watching the calories/carbs that it contains.
