Diet and Exercise – I need your opinion
I want to loose weight for summer, help me figure out my food and exercise plan!
I try ed to start a detox diet today for a week – all i was going to have was apples and drink water with lemon squeezed in it.
I gave in at dinner time and had a bowl of baked beans with whole grain bread (some kind of really good bread for woman) and some muesli with soy milk. – along with 10 km on my exercise bike machine.
