Work out plan for women
So I’m trying to get more healthy. I have eating problem and I want it to stop. I hate the feeling of being full. I want to find a work out plan that I can do at home on my own time. I already take 2 mile longs walks but i am going to start to walk 4-5 miles a day. I don’t run but i walk really fast. Like i said i really don’t eat so to help myself get on the right track I’ll eat a nutri-gran bar and take my women‘s one a day first thing in the morning, I’ve never eaten breakfast.
