Michael asks…How can I lose weight?* Women answers only*?I am 5' 4 and I weight 150lbs; I am out of shape and I want to get down to maybe 135lbs by mid April. Do you have any workout /healthy eating plans that worked for? Maybe some exercise DVDs or something you got from a wbsite or magazine? Sports I could do? Anything would help.
