Robert asks…Diet detox recipes?I'm looking for the same recipe that Beyonce used I know what to use but I don't know how much of each to use and I was wondering if any one has ever done it and what's was the results I know she had good resultsJack answers:I've gone on juice fasts before. The results were excellent. I felt better than I had ever felt in my life. Colors became more vivid and my vision improved.
I didn't use any recipes. I used a vegetable juicer and organic vegetables.
