What is a good diet for women?

’m assuming you mean a weight loss diet, as opposed to a healthy eating general one.
You have to exercise to burn excess calories, cycling, walking, running, rowing are all good calorie burners, but the key is length of time constant rather than a short burst,
the same amount of calories are burned walking a mile as running one, because the exercise goes on for longer, although at lower intensity, so a half hour walk is better than a five minute run!
