Four-day diet

Four-day diet is based on the notion that by changing what we eat and how we train every 4 days, faster than we can lose weight without making changes. It was created by Ian Smith. Confusing the name of the diet, it is not a diet lasting four days as suggested diet. 4 days here represent changes in how food and exercise.
