Robert asks…Tennis Fitness/Training?I need to get more in shape for tennis season so I was wondering what your training schedules are like. I'm a pretty good player so I don't need the simple stuff as much. Can you just tell me what you do for cardio, strength, agility, reflexes, diet, and stroke endurance (like how to hit a lot if shots and not get tired).
