George asks…Best diet book for men?Here's my situation... I'm 34 and really overweight. I used to be in much better shape but have lost energy to exercise. I really don't eat much, but I get practically no exercise. Is there a book-based diet that other men have found that works that, when paired with gradual regular exercise, you would recommend?
(I.E.; Atkins, eBeck, South Beach, etc.)
I know that there are diest that do work, not "fad" diets, but ones that kind of train you to eat
