What’s the best diet plan and exercise?
Jenny asks…What's the best diet plan and exercise?I'm a beginner and somewhat new at this and I need help. What's the best way to diet? Like what foods do I neet to stick with to loose weight? Does anyone know what foods to eat to change your talobsim around? Also I need advice on exercise. I power walk to the park/field and I do laps around the park/field. My question is that how much should I do sense I'm a beginner? After that I go home and do more exercise like crunches, leg exercise etc.
