So I am a 15 year old girl 5”4 and weight 136-139 and I want to lose 10 pounds , I do exercise but not much …. I want a healthy effective diet that I could do , I tried the low Carb diet but I just messed up in it and its way too strict and you almost basically only eat meat “I hate meat” and some vegetables and a bit of fruits … any way I want something effective and healthy plez…
