How can I plan out a healthy eating diet?

Ken asks…How can I plan out a healthy eating diet?Is there any website where I can go to so I can calculate my age and weight and find out a healthy eating plan. Or is there some website that will tell me what I should be eating like a food pyramid or something? Jack answers:Well if you want to lose wieght drink lots of water and eat about 1000 calories a day plus do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day, or to maintain a healthy wieght eat between 2000, 2500 calories a day and drink lots of water
