Workout plan for toning?
I am 15 and im about 5’2 and about 105 or something lbs. I dont want to loose any weight, I just want to tone my abs thighs and butt and I have absoloutly no muscle in my arms and I cheer so I kinda need it.. I want a routine to build muscle.
oo and I reallyyyy want to avoid the buff look. It creeps me out when women look like super strong. Just toned body and some muscle on my arms for support when tumbling.
