The healthy, positive effects of a raw food diet have been terribly a lot of in the headlines recently. Much has been said in books and articles regarding the negative impact that cooking foods has on our health. Cooking fruits and vegetables leeches them of vitamins and enzymes that our bodies would like to be healthy. Many people are creating the switch to raw foods, and are finding that they appear and feel better.
