Need help with building muscles.?
I’ve been hearing alot of different things about building muscle. Some say that the muscle tears and rebuilds itself and adds on to muscle after lifting weights.Muscle builds during the rest period, but they dont mention anything about protein. others say that the muscle expands and you have to fill it with protein, but that doesnt say anything about a rest period. Others also say you have to lift 8-12 reps of heavy weights to build muscle, small weights arent as affective.
