I need a full Vegetarian protein diet menu?
Breakfast: full cup of milk with 1cup cereal (kashi go lean original is my favorite) I usually have some fruit
Lunch: a plain Greek yogurt (I eat 2% but fat free has just as much protein) with fresh fruit or nuts mixed in for snack beforehand or with your lunch and a sandwich or wrap with a full serving of tofu AND a slice of cheese for a full protien with veggies and whatever you like on your sandwiches (hummus veganaise, dressing) or a peanut butter sandwich with two tablespoons, or a serving of vegan cold cuts
