How to build muscle after 50 years old?
The best thing to do is to go to your nearest fitness centre/gym and ask for a program. (You may have to pay but you shouldn’t have to join).
It is best someone shows you the correct technique to prevent injuries or any risk of you over doing it.
It is easy to build muscle regardless of age though it does take a little longer (as sort of said above… You do lose muscle mass each year when you hit a certain age, but it doesn’t mean you cannot build up your muscles!)
