Great Recipes For Strange Diet?
Due to a hormonal condition (PCOS) I have a hard time losing weight. I’ve been on basically a diabetic diet for about 3 months now and have so far lost 25 pounds. I’m getting bored of the same foods everyday and I’m looking for some new recipes to try. My diet excludes the following foods:
- Cheese
- Red Meat
- Potatoes
- Sugar
- White Flour and Starches
- Processed Foods
