What’s the best workout to lose belly fat?
My cousin and I have been working out for 2 months now. 5-6 days a week. At first we started with weight training and then decided to take a break and concentrate more on Cardio. I have been drinking protein shakes regularly after workouts and my cousin has not been taking anything. After these two months we have not seen much difference. We are currently 120lbs but we have that little “extra” around our belly and thighs.
