What weight of dumbbells do you recommend for a woman beginner?
I have never lifted weights before and I want to get some dumbbells to do some home workouts. My first instinct is to go with 8 pounds since I am not in terrible shape. I don’t want to start with 5 pounds, get used to them and have to buy the 8 pound ones anyways. I messed around with some in the store and it seemed like they would be ok. Any recommendations?
