What is the best workout for women?
Who don’t want to look manly after wards? I’m 16 with a small chest and a very small stature. I’m 105 lbs and 4′ 11″. I’m not saying I’m fat I just want to have muscle and tone up without looking like a man after I get into the workout. (you know the reduced breast size and all that jazz). I thought about p90x and I would love to do it, I just want to know if there’s a better way to get the results I want? Any help would be great, thank you
