What Is The Best Way To Lose Fat ?

Robert asks…Weight loss :)?How can I lose weight the EASY and HEALTHY way.
I don't want to lose much. I'm willing to exercise etc.
Anything easy, specific exercise routines without equipment, etc.
THANKS.Jack answers:Eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Make your food low in fat and carbs. Cut flour out of your diet. Eat a limited amount of white rice or switch to brown rice.Eat plenty of vegetables for fiber and have only lean meat thats not fried. Eliminate sugar from your diet and substitute
