Most women are reluctant to weight training. The main reason for female hostility to resistance exercise, is a misconception of the kneading too much muscular figure, which is not synonymous with beauty. These fears are definitely unfounded, since even intensive strength training will help the ladies, at most, nicely shaped figure and show a slightly hidden under a layer of muscle fat. Building strong muscles is extremely difficult, requires a special diet, hard training and physical abilities.
