James asks…Has anyone had good results with Nutrisystem diet..They deliver the food ?Hasanyone gotten the Nutrisystem and is it really as good as they say it is...I am planning on getting it but I don't really know if it is worth it..Thanks..Happy New Year...Jack answers:My mom went on it and lost 40 pounds in 6 months
but she has very bad hips so she couldnt excersise.
If you added in excersise im sure you could lose a lot more
it is definately worth it, and after every 10 pounds you lose
