Detox diet and meal ideas?
I have a friend who detoxes every couple of months and she looks and feels great because of it. I eat a lot of processed foods and junk and would love to do something like just eat fruit and veg for a week, but I was hoping for some advice, because I’m worried it actually wouldn’t be safe to deprive myself of meat and sugar and things I’m used to – or am I just paranoid?
Also, does anyone have any menu suggestions, i.e. what to eat and how often?
