Best detox-weight loss plan

Breakfast – 7 am (These are my example times, you’re obviously welcome to change them according to your schedule.)
2 eggs, throw away one yolk and eat only 1
Plain Oatmeal w/ water, 1/2 cup dry scoop, then cook
1 multivitamin
1 water

Snack – 10 am
Muscle Milk
1 water (I mix my protein shake with water from the water bottle so then you only have to drink about 1/2 a bottle of water or less, easier that way)

Lunch – 1 pm
Chicken breast (3 – 5oz)
Sweet potato (One whole potato)
or
1/2 cup dry egg noodles or brown rice
vegetable
1 water
