Tips for healthy eating in kids?

There is a really good feature in this months StoryBox (www.storyboxbooks.com) about healthy eating for children. They learn all about how bones grow and since my kids read it (as they of course want to grow up bing a stong!) they have been really interested in what they eat! They will only follow a healthy eating regime if you make it relevant to them, and I think the feature in StoryBox really helps to this!
