Need A Plan For Getting In Shape For Basic Training?
Linda asks…Need a plan for getting in shape for Basic Training?Hey I am 16 years old right now I turn 17 in may after that I will be enlisting and probably will be shipped out in June. I did go to a National guard monthly drill and did the 2-2-2 fitness test. I need a plan on getting in good shape for Basic Training. My 1 mile time is around 9 minutes and my 2 mile time is around 19-20 minutes. What would you guys suggest on a fitness plan.Jack answers:Since you are in high school, train with
