Chris asks…Eating tips for healthy weight loss?I'm trying to lose some weight the healthy way; by eating right and exercising more. I'm just looking for some tips on ways to eat healthy foods. For example; eating a piece of fruit for breakfast, or substituting certain foods for others. I'll take anything. I'm not being obsessive about it, but I'm just looking for some simple things I can do to lose some weight.
