Donald asks…Do I need to eat more?I'm 23, 5'4", and about 118. I exercise for about a half hour most days a week and intermittently I do weight training and body sculpting. I TRY to eat about 1500 calories a day, but by evening, after dinner...I am still so hungry!!! P.S. I eat a combination Mediterranean, whole foods diet...do not smoke/drink, no sodas or other caloric beverages, and hardly eat any processed/boxed foods.Jack answers:Check your BMI
