David asks…dieting & excercising but slow results?Hi guys, I just joined a gym at new years. I am about 3 and a half stone over weight. My problem is that even after working my ass off for the last 2 months, gym 4 times a week and cut out fat, sweets etc, I have still only lost 3 pounds and 2 inches. I am on anti depressant tablets that some people reckon can affect your weight but I am really working hard to loose it and ann't seeing any results. Im also taking slender night and slender
