John asks…Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Plan?I've been a vegetarian for almost two years. I would like to lose some weight, and I need a diet plan to go by.
P.S. I can't cook tofu myself(I'll eat it, but I've tried to cook it and I can't) also, I don't eat incredibly strange/exotic foodsJack answers:I have found eating raw food helps with losing weight. However, I dislike most raw veggies and stuck mostly to fruit. Eating eggs, beans, and seeds/nuts are great too!
