Healthy Weight Loss Plan That Works

Ken asks…I NEED a healthy weight loss plan that works!?I am so frustrated! I have been eating healthy--lean protein, veggies, fruits, healthy fats, no sugar and exercising--weights 3 times a week and walking 30 minutes every day and 60 minutes 2 times a week, and I am not losing inches or weight.
