Good Workout Plan To Get Ripped

Chris asks…A good workout plan to get ripped for a 14 year old?im 14 years old, 5'5" 120 lbs. i have a home gym and for the past month i do 1 hour 3 times a week and im barley seeing any results. i do curls, lat bar, bench press, butterfly ect. im thinking about bumping it up to 5 days a week? i want to get ripped and build a lot of muscle as quickly as possible. what is the best workout routene for a 14 year old boy?Jack answers:Hey man it takes a little bit longer to get some definition.im
