Rep ranges are a funny issue. Heaps of people talk about doing this several reps for this many sets but extremely haven't any idea why they're doing that exact range or the impact it will have on their bodies.
Generally, lower repetitions like three-8 are most productive for making absolute strength. Repetitions within the medium range like ten-20 manufacture anaerobic strength endurance. The higher rep ranges between 20-forty turn out aerobic strength
