The Final Hard-Body Exercise

The Front Squat:

As you'll have already discovered, the squat is at the top of the heap (together with deadlifts) jointly of the most effective overall exercises for exciting body composition changes (muscle gain and fat loss). This is as a result of exercises like squats and deadlifts use additional muscle teams beneath a heavy load than almost any other weight bearing exercises known to man. Hence, these exercises stimulate the best hormonal responses (growth hormone, testosterone, etc.)
